Plan Overview

•  Once you purchase your package you'll be sent an electronic questionnaire

• A GI-MAP (stool) test will arrive via mail with very clear instructions 

• Your personalized protocol with attached lab results will arrive in about three weeks via your Practice Better portal

• Schedule a consultation with me via the portal so I can answer any questions and confirm you understand the proposed plan 

• After your six month gut healing protocol, you will be sent a Metabolomics/OMX (urine) test

• This next protocol will focus on your metabolism by optimizing your macro- and micronutrients 

FAQ

• Do these tests cover food allergies or intolerances?  The short answer is no.  But, once you heal the gut, food sensitivities tend to improve.  If you are still experiencing symptoms after completing your protocol, I can order further lab testing at an additional cost that may help identify the cause.
